This kit will replace both the Left Hand and Right Hand Stanchions, and the Backplates with all new hadware! We won't nickel and dime you with incomplete sets... Our stanchion sets are constructed from Nylon 12 (Also known as PA-12)
Nylon 12 is known for its toughness, tensile strength, impact strength and ability to flex without fracture.
This is a far more superior material than the 1990's OEM plastics. Originally these were ABS or an ABS/PC blend, easy to produce in the 90's, but known today for terrible performance in UV sensative applications.
